Johnsburg, Illinois – April 14, 2026 - Prem Magnetics, Inc. today announced that it has acquired the assets of Formco, marking an exciting step forward in strengthening its product portfolio of magnetic components.
Customers of Formco can expect a seamless transition, as the business will continue operating without interruption. Prem is committed to maintaining the same high level of service, reliability, and responsiveness that Formco customers have come to expect.
