What kind of files do I need?

We can work from 2D and 3D designs. Please send us .STL, .STP, and .OBJ files to print from, or we can work from a 2D drawing (.DWG, or .PDF) and take your project from there.

What is the maximum file size I should send?

Please keep your file size to a maximum of 50 MB.

What are the maximum dimensions you can 3D print?

The maximum dimensions we can build a single part to are 11.0×9.8×11.8 inches (280×250×300 mm). If you have a need for a larger part, we can still complete this project by printing multiple pieces than can be adjoined, for example using industrial-grade adhesives or printed snap-fit joints.

What materials can you print?

We make 3D-printed parts in popular plastics including PLA and ABS. We can also 3D print in advanced materials like PA, PC, PLA-CF, PETG-CF, and ASA.
